We are Chair&Table Party Rentals, an event and party rental company based in Schenectady, NY. We come to you. Our team loads, delivers, and sets up everything your gathering needs, then returns to break it all down when the event is over. Four years of doing this work have taught us that clean equipment and on-time delivery matter more than anything else.

We keep our inventory practical and complete. We handle table rental for dining, buffets, and display, along with tablecloth rental to finish each setting. Our chair rental covers guest seating for parties large and small. When the weather is a question, our tent rental keeps everyone covered and comfortable. We match the pieces to the space you have and the headcount you expect.

The events we support cover a wide range. We do birthday party rentals for backyard celebrations, baby shower rentals for indoor gatherings, and corporate event rentals for meetings, conferences, and company parties. Whatever the occasion, we bring the same care to the delivery and the same attention to how the room comes together. For larger bookings, we offer discounts, and every estimate we provide is free.
